So Cal Little Italy is a project of  Piana Development Group dba JBGmg based in Huntington Beach, CA . Our Vision is to develop and build a 20 -40 acre mixed used development within 100 miles of Downtown LA  featuring Italian Restaurants, shops. wine bars, coffee and dessert shops, Entertainment Movie /Theater,  a  Tuscany  Themed Hotel and Villas, Resort Pool and Spa, Golf Course, Bocce Ball courts , tennis courts with Condos and office suites on site.   

We have opportunities for design, architects, builders and investors included and Hotel  & Golf design management companies to join us in this opportunity to make our vision a reality for all to enjoy for years to come.  

Los Angeles and So Cal have tons of Italian History of families immigrating to the the  the USA and making Southern California there home.
